Celsius Loan Support
You can now book a one-on-one appointment with a Celsius Loans Team support rep!
Introduced in November 2021, Celsius Network now provides one-on-one telephone appointments for crypto-backed loan support. The 15 minute call with a Celsius loan representative can be booked online and are available during designated business hours. So if you already have a Celsius loan, you can now ask a live support agent all your questions and to resolve any support tickets that you may have! The team of loan experts are global, so you will definitely find a time that best suits your schedule.
How To Book a Celsius Loan Support One-on-One Appointment
Visit this link: https://calendly.com/celsius-retail-lending/ to select an exact date and time for an appointment slot that works for you. You first need to select a date, then a column of available times show up on the right side of the screen. Select a time and then click the ‘Confirm‘ button.
The second step is to provide the following information:
- Name (first name only)
- Email (make sure this is correct as a confirmation will be sent there)
- Loan Number (you can find this by logging into your account via the mobile app, selecting ‘Borrow’ button and then clicking into a specific loan that you have).
- What would you like to speak with a loan manager about?
- Loan Closure
- Margin Call
- Reverse Margin Call
- Tech Issue
- Other (you will need to indicate in detail)
- Anything else you’d like us to know ahead of your appointment? (Please do NOT send sensitive information such as banking info, account balances, passwords, or other confidential information through this form)
- By clicking “Agree” below, I acknowledge that the call I am attempting to schedule may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, record keeping, and training purposes. *
- Click the ‘Agree‘ box and then click the ‘Schedule Event‘ button.
On the left hand side of the screen, you will find the following information: Celsius Retail Lending / Celsius Loans Office Hours. 15 min one-on-one appointment scheduled with the time, date and time zone. Web conferencing details provided upon confirmation.
A confirmation message will be sent to your email along with follow-up information. Please read through it carefully. If you need to cancel your appointment, please make sure to use the cancelation link in your confirmation email.
At the time of your appointment, use the meeting link provided in the invitation to speak with your Celsius loan representative. Prepare a list of questions ahead of time to make the most of your 15 minutes, and be sure to have any important information related to your loan on hand during your appointment.
